These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the zoya 7 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on zoya 7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
zoya 7 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted exactly one active account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts.
Taka-Based Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals at zoya 7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and partner banks. No conversion fees apply.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Withdrawal of bonus funds is only permitted once applicable wagering conditions have been fully met.
Fair Play Obligation
Players must not engage in collusion, fraud, exploitation of software errors, or any form of match manipulation. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. zoya 7 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to player negligence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zoya 7 ("zoya 7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the zoya 7 website, mobile interface, gaming services, sportsbook, promotional offers, and any other services provided by zoya 7 (collectively, "the Services").
By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the zoya 7 platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand and agree to be bound by them, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, where applicable, close your account.
zoya 7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice, other than a notification posted on the platform. Continued use of the Services following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other documentation published on the zoya 7 platform — including game-specific rules, promotional terms, or FAQ content — these Terms shall take precedence unless the conflicting document expressly states otherwise.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
⚠️ Important: zoya 7 operates exclusively as an 18+ platform. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any person found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform will have their account immediately and permanently closed, and all associated funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited in full.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with zoya 7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system).
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of zoya 7, nor a close relative of any such person, where such use would create a conflict of interest.
- You have not previously been excluded from zoya 7 or any affiliated platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account closure for a breach of these Terms.
zoya 7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until such documentation is received.
Geographic Restrictions
The Services are directed toward players based in Bangladesh. zoya 7 does not make any representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any other jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with any applicable local laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the zoya 7 platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, zoya 7 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.
Registration Information
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following information is required:
- Full legal name (matching your government-issued identity document)
- Date of birth
- Valid email address
- Bangladesh mobile number (used for account verification and optional two-factor authentication)
- Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account details)
- Residential address in Bangladesh
You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any change to your name, contact details, or payment information must be reported to the zoya 7 support team promptly. zoya 7 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated account information provided by the player.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access the Services through your account, or use another player's account for any purpose. zoya 7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional layer of account security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify zoya 7 immediately at [email protected]. zoya 7 cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has delayed reporting a suspected breach.
zoya 7 employs device-fingerprint monitoring and will flag logins from unrecognised devices for additional verification. After five consecutive failed login attempts, the account will be temporarily locked and the registered mobile number will receive a security alert. Account unlocking requires identity verification via the support team.
📌 KYC Verification: Identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) is required before the processing of any withdrawal request. Players must submit a clear copy of a valid Bangladesh NID or passport and, where applicable, proof of address dated within the past three months. zoya 7 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Accounts with pending KYC may still place wagers but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the zoya 7 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any point. zoya 7 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
- There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above ৳100,000 in a single transaction may trigger an enhanced due-diligence review.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your zoya 7 wallet within five minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.
- zoya 7 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which zoya 7 accepts no responsibility.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. See Section 3 for KYC requirements.
- Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Requests received after 17:00 BST will be processed on the next business day.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are usually credited within five to thirty minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
- zoya 7 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in a processing delay of up to 72 hours. Players will be notified if additional checks are required.
Payment Integrity
zoya 7 operates a strict one-player-one-payment-method policy for fraud prevention purposes. Players found to be cycling funds through multiple payment methods without genuine play activity may have their accounts suspended and funds held for investigation. The platform employs real-time transaction monitoring to identify irregular patterns of deposit and withdrawal behaviour.
💡 Note on Bonus Balances: Where a player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance in their zoya 7 wallet, real-money funds are used first for wagers, unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise. Withdrawal requests will only be processed against real-money balances. Bonus balances become withdrawable only after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
zoya 7 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses tied to cricket match days, and seasonal promotions aligned with key dates in the Bangladesh calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default of 30x applies to the total of the deposit plus bonus amount.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused or expired bonus balances will be removed from the player's account without notice.
- zoya 7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Any wagers placed using a bonus before modification of the offer will be honoured under the original terms.
- Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion to exploit promotional offers, or the systematic exploitation of free-bet or cashback offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus and derived winnings, as well as permanent account closure.
Bonus Withdrawal Conditions
Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the full wagering requirement has been met. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a single bonus is capped at five times (5x) the value of the original bonus, unless the specific promotion states a higher cap. Any winnings above this cap will be removed from the player's balance when the withdrawal is processed.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All casino games available on the zoya 7 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by independent game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers are subject to their own third-party audit and certification processes, and zoya 7 does not modify game outcomes in any way. Sportsbook Betting Rules
Sportsbook wagers are governed by the specific event rules published at the time the market is offered. In cases of ambiguity, the decision of the zoya 7 trading team shall be final. The following general sportsbook rules apply across all markets:
- Bets placed after the official start time of an event (as recorded by zoya 7's data feed) will be voided, unless the event is an explicitly designated in-play market.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific event rules state otherwise.
- Where an obvious pricing error is identified in any odds offering, zoya 7 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Exploitation of pricing errors is considered prohibited conduct under Section 7.
- Maximum payout per single event market is ৳500,000. Accumulator payouts are subject to a maximum of ৳1,000,000 per bet slip.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session or live dealer round — including but not limited to server disconnection, game software freeze, or data feed disruption — the outcome of the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance. zoya 7 will not honour any outcome that cannot be independently verified from server-side game logs. Players who experience a technical issue during play should contact support immediately at [email protected] with the session reference number visible in their game history.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are expressly prohibited on the zoya 7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:
- Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the platform.
- Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration, KYC verification, or any other process requiring personal details.
- Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to use your account.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, artificial wagering patterns, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus terms.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to gain an advantage not available to standard players.
- Match fixing: Placing wagers on events in which the player has any influence over the outcome, or based on inside knowledge of predetermined results.
- Money laundering: Using the zoya 7 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through your bank or mobile financial service provider in bad faith while retaining funds or winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
- Pricing error exploitation: Deliberately placing wagers on markets where an obvious pricing or odds error has occurred.
⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy: zoya 7 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to money laundering, match fixing, and underage gambling. Where credible evidence of any of these activities is identified, all funds held in the associated account will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited in their entirety. zoya 7 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation by competent authorities.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
zoya 7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity in connection with the account.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's financial institution.
- Identification of the account as belonging to a self-excluded player or a player registered on a third-party exclusion register.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the age or eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before a voluntary closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion directly from their account dashboard. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be blocked from all gambling activity and all marketing communications from zoya 7 will cease. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. Players seeking to lift a self-exclusion before its expiry must contact support and complete a 24-hour cooling-off review before access is reinstated. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Effect of Closure on Funds
Where an account is closed by zoya 7 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where a balance is retained following a disputed closure, zoya 7 will provide a written explanation of the decision within 10 business days of the closure. Players who disagree with the outcome may submit a formal complaint to the support team, and the matter will be reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team within 14 business days.
